James FitzGibbon is the founder and CEO of SDG Strategy Group, LLC, a company that provides trusted and collaborative operational guidance to mid-market private equity and mergers and acquisitions groups. He is a seasoned executive with a long-term career at AT&T, where he held senior management, sales, marketing, and operational roles and served as the Hi-Pot Program President. FitzGibbon is equipped with a deep technology and services background and has a TS Clearance. His primary goal is to increase performance, profit, EBITDA, and overall enterprise valuation when sold.
FitzGibbon's expertise lies in US Federal and Commercial market strategy and development, M&A integrations, turn-arounds, complex business opportunities analysis, creative deal structuring, forging joint ventures and strategic alliances, building high-performance sales and services teams, coaching and mentoring senior staff, and aligning employees to company goals. Each SDG Business Associate has served at the executive level for a number of companies and has built and sold their own businesses from scratch, providing expert advice to accelerate value.
Before SDG, FitzGibbon was a partner at Bridges Group, LLC, Physicians Global, SDG MENA, LLC, Vienna Capital Group, InterContinental Sports Marketing, US Market Logic, LLC, ChatterLogic, and also served as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Partnerships at Specialists On Call and the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing/Operations at Paragon Systems. He was the founder and managing partner at Resource IT America, GM and Director of Partnerships/Strategic Alliances at UNICOM Government Inc., founder and CEO of SDG America, and President and COO of Attronica. Additionally, he was the US national sales director at AT&T.
