James Elsinger is a highly accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in the Information Security, IT Operations, and Project Management fields. He has studied both Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science (Information Systems) at Strayer University and Masters of Military Art and Science with a focus on Operations and Resource Management from Command and General Staff College, which he has diligently utilized throughout his career.

He started his career with the United States Department of Defense as Information Security/Information Operations Officer and later worked with Capgemini as Manager of Professional Staff/ Technical Mgr/ Consultant. He then went on to hold senior positions with Fannie Mae, where he served as Senior Project Manager, IT Operations Manager/Project Management, and Financial Engineering.

In his most recent roles, James was a valued Information Security Risk Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation and IT Risk and Information Security Management Consultant at TEKsystems. During his tenure, he leveraged his vast expertise to execute business-critical IT projects while managing risks and adhering to industry best practices.
