James Elcocke-Harris

James E. Harris serves as the Honorary Consul for the Republic of Vanuatu to the United Kingdom in London and is the Government Authorised Representative for the Vanuatu Development Support Program. He has a background in the Royal Armoured Corps from The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and holds a BSc (Hons) degree from Brunel University London.
