James Dworkin

James Dworkin is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with a strong legal and financial background. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied JD/MBA with a focus on Banking, Corporate Finance, and Securities Law. He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Georgetown University.

Dworkin is the co-founder and CEO of Sol & Spire Botanicals, where he leads the company's strategic direction and oversees its operations. Prior to this, he founded Ohana Capital, LLC, and held executive positions at TerrAscend Corp., Threadstone Advisors, GB Merchant Partners, Seres Capital, LLC, Saunders Karp & Megrue, and BT Capital Partners.

Dworkin brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital to his leadership roles. He is known for his expertise in identifying and executing high-growth investment opportunities in various industries, including healthcare, technology, and consumer products.
