Prior to real estate, James dedicated over two years to supporting law enforcement at the International Association of Chiefs of Police, managing administrative and logistical tasks within the Center for Police Leadership & Training division. Additionally, he boasts a diverse background in the entertainment industry, having worked in various capacities including stage hand, carpenter, electrician, and production management for theater and film projects in the Washington DC area and New York City.
