James Cooper is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience in education technology product design and delivery.

Currently serving as Senior Director, Technical Product Management at McGraw Hill, James leads a team focused on designing and launching intricate mobile and web applications for eBook delivery and adaptive learning.

During his time at Kaplan Incorporated, he spearheaded technology initiatives within Kaplan's Innovations Group and Kaplan Legal Education, developing online learning experiences for remote learners.

As the CIO at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, James played a pivotal role in creating a technologically advanced campus in San Diego, earning recognition with the San Diego COX Top Tech Executive award in 2011.

James Cooper excels in leading multicultural, multifunctional teams and is dedicated to fostering high-quality work environments and partner relationships.

He holds a Master of Science in Information Management from the University of Washington and studied Sociolinguistics at Western Washington University.
