James Cook is a seasoned technology executive with over 21 years of experience as an in-house technology attorney, specializing in multi-national enterprise SaaS companies.

During his 13-year tenure as general counsel, James has successfully supported high-growth companies through scaling and international expansion, with expertise in various industries such as B2B, SaaS, AI/ML, security, fintech, and more.

His diverse skill set includes areas such as commercial law, corporate governance, M&A, IPOs, equity and debt financing, IP/patents, litigation, data privacy, GDPR compliance, and beyond.

Apart from legal functions, James has also excelled in roles involving process operations, HR, administration, corporate development, investor relations, and public affairs.
