James Chapman
PhD Student in Machine Learning and Neuroimaging
James Chapman is a PhD student at UCL with a focus on multimodal machine learning and deep learning for brain-behaviour associations.
His expertise includes Python (Pytorch/Tensorflow2), R, MATLAB, SQL, and Flutter.
James holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Engineering, Economics & Management from the University of Oxford and has a background from Wellington College.
He is currently a PhD student in Machine Learning and Medical Imaging at UCL.
Prior to his current role, James has worked as a Quantitative Research Analyst at M&G Investments and has held various positions at Jesus College Oxford, including Boat Club President and Equities Analyst.
Additionally, he has experience as the Oxford City Manager at TeamFirst and in Volunteering/Operations at Future Foundations Training Ltd.
