James Buffin is an experienced filmmaker, instructor, presenter, and musician with over 30 years of industry experience. He holds a BFA Hons in Film Production and Screenwriting from York University and has studied TV Drama Programme and TV Development at the Canadian Film Centre. He is the founder of Youth Filmmakers' Academy, an official TDSB educational partner, where he teaches technical filmmaking to both adults and children. Additionally, James offers online courses in DSLR videography and Documentary Filmmaking for those who prefer to learn at their own pace. James is currently working on completing his documentary projects which often take up to a decade each while working internationally.
