James Brust is a technology and media-savvy individual with a passion for educating and enhancing the lives of others. He holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Instructional Technology from Cardinal Stritch University and a B.A. in Media, Journalism, Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
With a rich and diverse professional background, James has held numerous roles in prestigious organizations. He is currently the Director of the Wakerly Media Lab for Innovation & Creativity at Marquette University. Previously, he served as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor and Instructional Technologist at Marquette University. His experience also includes positions such as Media Services Coordinator at Herzing University Online, Curriculum Management Specialist at Herzing University Online, and Digital Media & Educational Technology Specialist at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
James Brust's career journey also includes roles outside of academia, having served as the Owner/Operator of Limbik Systems, LLC, in Interactive Design at Excel Communications Inc., as an Assistant Editorial at Forest Post Productions, and in various capacities including Multimedia Design, Network Administration, and Quality Control at API Healthcare.
