    James Brooke is a seasoned executive with a wealth of expertise in eCommerce, digital marketing, and technology. He is deeply committed to fostering high-growth SaaS enterprises, cultivating top-tier digital products, and nurturing exceptional teams.

    As the Founder and CEO of Amplience, James spearheaded the evolution of the company into a prominent digital experience SaaS powerhouse, boasting approximately 200 employees across the UK, Europe, and the US. Amplience caters to a myriad of leading retail and B2B eCommerce brands.

    Under James's leadership, Amplience developed two groundbreaking products: Dynamic Content, a headless CMS acknowledged by industry authorities like Forrester and IDC, and Dynamic Media, a headless DAM and Rich Media content delivery service.

    Additionally, Amplience played a pivotal role as a founding member of the MACH Alliance, a consortium established to champion a fresh composable era in Digital Experience technology.

    James secured substantial funding for Amplience from premier entities such as Octopus Ventures, Columbia Lake Partners, and, more recently in February 2022, Farview Equity in a $100m Series D financing. Debt financing for this endeavor was facilitated by Sixth Street Capital.

    Prior to his tenure at Amplience, James delved into the digital realm with the founding of one of the early web services companies in 1994. He further expanded his expertise through pivotal roles in digital transformation and consulting at esteemed firms like MarchFirst, Sapient, LBi (Publicis), and Detica.

    James honed his business acumen through a spectrum of educational pursuits including elite programs in business scaling and financing at the London Stock Exchange, the Cambridge Accelerated Growth Programme at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School, and professional diplomas in marketing and company direction.

    He holds educational credentials in computational physics and computer science from the University of York and completed his academic journey at Portsmouth Grammar School.

    James has been associated with various organizations including Haatch, StoryStream, Sweft, and has held pivotal roles at Detica PLC, DigitasLBi, European Technology Consulting, Sapient, and MarchFirst. He has also been involved in the foundation and operations of Online Enterprise Solutions.
