James Broadhead

James Broadhead is a strategic thinker with a strong focus on engineering culture and growth.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BAI) & Master of Arts (MA) in Electronic and Computer Engineering from Trinity College, Dublin, and studied at St. Andrews College, Dublin.

James has a wealth of experience in various engineering roles at top companies, including MongoDB and Twitter.

He has held positions such as VP of Engineering, Director of Engineering, Lead Engineer at MongoDB, and Team Lead & Staff Software Engineer at Twitter.

Prior to these roles, he held software engineering positions at Twitter and BSB, and interned at Cisco and Xilinx in software development and customer application engineering.

James also served as a Sergeant in the 62 Infantry Battalion (Reserve) at the Defence Forces of Ireland.
