James Bramnick

James Bramnick is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of expertise in labor and employment law, specializing in representing management with a focus on trial work.

He is highly regarded for his proactive approach in advising clients to prevent employment law issues and holds prestigious titles such as Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Labor & Employment Law and a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.

James has been actively involved in various leadership roles including past chair of the Labor & Employment Law Section of The Florida Bar, former Chair of the Lex Mundi Global Labor & Employment Practice Group, and currently serves as a Partner in the Labor & Employment Practice Group at Akerman LLP.

He is a distinguished alumnus of the University of Miami School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor.

Prior to his current role, James Bramnick served as the Chair of the Labor & Employment Practice Group at Akerman LLP and held the position of Managing Partner at Muller Mintz.
