Starting from a hands-on role in operations, he has progressed to leading a large team handling time-critical shipments, showcasing a diverse range of industry-standard skills including IOSH endorsement, qualifications in weight & balance, IATA dangerous goods, x-ray, and ISO 140001 compliance.

Throughout his career, James Brady has held significant positions at FedEx, serving as Operations Manager for various departments and previously as a Senior Export Clearance Broker.
