James has gained professional experience through a variety of roles. He currently works as a Claims Specialist at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where he utilizes his analytical skills and attention to detail in handling insurance claims.

Previously, James interned at the International Law Institute, gaining insights into operations and marketing in a legal setting. He also contributed as a Claims Intern at Liberty Mutual Insurance, further expanding his experience in the insurance industry.
