James Andrew is an accomplished figure in the ever-evolving world of Wall Street trading and virtual reality design. With years of experience and a proven track record, James has transitioned his expertise to the emerging world of Blockchain and Cryptocurrency. James was an early adopter of Consumer Virtual Reality and quickly became a well-known thought leader in designing many iconic VR experiences. He is the Founder and CEO of Global Liquidity, Inc., a financial services company that focuses on liquidity solutions for cryptocurrency trading. Prior to this, he was the Technical Director at Omega One, Chief Technology Officer at Oblix VR, and Technical Director and Partnerships Lead at YouVisit. James is recognized for defining a new category of automated, high-velocity trading termed High Frequency Trading, where his “Liquidity Engine” was the first NASDAQ automated market making system to route orders among the leading “ECN” markets. He held positions at major corporations, such as Bank of America, Capco, and Crestron Electronics, and was responsible for the flawless execution of ten percent of NASDAQ’s daily trade volume.
