As the Head of Digital Retail at RHB Banking Group, he was responsible for driving the bank's digital agenda, collaborating with Fintech, and sourcing external innovation that delivered value to the business over mid to long term. In his previous capacity as Chief Digital Officer (Acting) and Head of Digital Strategy & Innovation at RHB Banking Group, he bridged technology innovations into business capabilities to shape the future of business and deliver results.

In his previous roles, he served as Senior Manager, IT Strategy & Enterprise Architecture at Accenture, Solution Architect at Logica, and Lead Technologist at Profitera Corporation.
