Jalyn Cai is an experienced lead and product designer with over a decade of experience working with digital products in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

With a passion for empowering individuals and driving towards shared goals, Jalyn has worked in various capacities within start-ups, in-house brands, agencies, and consultancies.

Jalyn has a strong focus on building team culture, emphasizing diversity and inclusion to foster growth within teams and communities.

His work also includes establishing design and research capabilities within organizations, leading initiatives such as inclusive design workshops, anti-racism discussions, and developing female leaders.

Jalyn dedicates time to giving back and learning from the design and product community through activities like holding regular office hours at ADPList.

Education-wise, Jalyn has studied at d.MBA, holds a Bachelor's Degree with Distinction in Communication Design from RMIT University, and a Diploma in Mass Communication from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
