Country Manager at United Influencers

Managing United Influencers' activities in Sweden and Norway, including the Norwegian edition of ELLE Magazine. Furthermore the main point of contact for United Influencers licensees outside of Scandinavia.

United Influencers

CEO UI Scandinavia & ELLE Norway

Overall responsible for United Influencers activities in Sweden with main responsibilities of managing the team, reach sales and profit targets on a corporate level and acting as the company's main point of contact towards customers, media agencies and other stakeholders. 
Reporting to the group CEO and shareholders.

Country Manager

Ensured day-to-day activities on an operational level along with managing the group of sales/advisory representatives. Responsible of sales targets and execution of campaigns on a corporate level.

Chief Operating Officer

Managed the sales team and had the overall responsibility for the company's revenue stream. This included recruiting and training the sales force in order to reach revenue targets, keeping relations to important stakeholders within the industry, managing the company's key accounts and together with the team make sure that United Influencers always had an attractive business model to offer its customers.

Chief Revenue Officer

Worked together with a number of Sweden's social media personalities and celebrities in order to create relevant and multi beneficial commercial partnerships. Responsibilities included commercial counseling for all UI profiles as well as to serve companies seeking certain target groups through social media, influencer marketing and celebrity endorsement. Furthermore, main responsibilities were to treat and keep strategic relations to key accounts as well as to educate and inspire prospective customers in the concept of marketing through social media, influencer marketing, native advertising and content marketing. 

United Influencers is a full-service influencer marketing agency, serving as a creative partner for media buyers seeking to break through the clutter with branded content in an authentic way, at scale. The company furthermore helps influencers to grow their business and to find and maintain relevant commercial partnerships.

Commercial Advisor

Was expected to perform ongoing projects in a very independent level while reaching and exceeding sales targets. In addition to this I was expected to manage client relationships throughout the course of each project in order to enhance future business. Moreover duties included training, coaching and developing new and existing PM’s on sales, concepts and processes. Furthermore I was also expected to look after potential industries in which the concept of Mediaplanet Sweden has opportunities to be profitable in the future.

Mediaplanet

Senior Project Manager/sales

Responsible for the creation of content marketing campaigns distributed together with some of Sweden's leading news papers as well as published on Mediaplanet's digital platforms. The execution of given campaigns was carried out in a 6-9 week time frame, and my responsibilities included financing the ongoing projects by selling Mediaplanet's concept and adverts, identifying and contacting key people within the industry, and securing strong content based on research and input from the market. In short, assure that my projects were of good quality, reached financial targets, and were conducted within allocated deadlines.
