Jakob Andersen is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in development, in-fill land repositioning, acquisitions, and asset management. With a rich background working for a local fund valued at over $1 billion, Jakob brings a wealth of knowledge to his role at Newmark Knight Frank Dallas. He is actively engaged in every phase of the transaction process, from marketing to closing, and plays a key role in business generation and client development. Jakob holds a BBA in Business from Southern Methodist University, where he studied at the Cox School of Business. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, he served as the Senior Managing Director at Archangel Capital Partners, LLC, and as the Acquisitions Manager at INCAP Fund.
