Jake Steele

Jake Steele is an experienced engineer in the renewable energy sector, particularly in solar and EV charging technologies. He worked as a Performance Engineer at Terrain Solar from October 2020 to January 2022.1 Currently, Jake holds two positions:

1. EV Charging Site Plan Engineer at JOLT (since September 2021)
2. pvDesign Solar Software Reseller at RatedPower (since October 2020)

Jake has a strong background in the solar industry, with nearly 20 years of experience.2 He has worked for various companies, including:

• Terrain Solar (2017-2022)
• Solargain PV Pty Ltd (2013-2017)
• Transform Solar (2011-2012)
• Suntech (2008-2010)

Jake holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master's degree in Engineering Science, specializing in Photovoltaics, from the University of New South Wales.1

He is passionate about fighting climate change through innovative technologies and has been involved in creating site plans for JOLT's expanding EV charging network while also helping to optimize the design and engineering of photovoltaic plants.12
