Jake Mota

Jake Mota is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with expertise in acquisition, asset management, financing, leasing, and disposition. With a B.A. in economics-accounting from Claremont McKenna College, Mota has built an extensive career history with leading real estate firms. He has held senior roles in asset management and leasing at Strategic Office Partners, investment management at CBRE Global Investors, acquisitions and asset management at Stockdale Capital Partners, LLC, and a senior director role at Tishman Speyer. Prior to these roles, he worked as a financial analyst at Maguire Properties and as a senior associate at PwC.

In his current role as Senior Vice President and Head of Asset Management and Leasing at Strategic Office Partners, Mota has consistently delivered value to the firm's portfolio of commercial properties.
