Our portfolio currently includes three content sites that generate over 1 million monthly visitors, and two eCommerce stores that sell OEM and aftermarket automotive parts. Our portfolio is monetized via advertisements, affiliate marketing, and product sales.

8020 Media started in 2017 as a "side-hustle". By mid-2021 I was able to fully supplement my full-time income through this business and left corporate America for the joys of self-employment.

Provided assistance to our portfolio companies, including two-add on acquisitions, and built books to secure $40M of senior lending and recapitalize $15M of debt. Built financial models such as daily cash flow projections and working capital models during the two acquisitions. 

Gained exposure to all business sectors with a primary focus on Healthcare, Consumer, and Manufacturing while working on all aspects of deals from NDA through close.
