Jake Brereton

Jake Brereton is a Co-Founder of LaunchNotes, with a background as an ex-Atlassian professional. He hails from the Midwest and describes himself as an extroverted introvert and eternal optimist.

Brereton pursued his education at DePauw University, focusing on a BA in Anthropology. He further expanded his academic horizons at The University of Queensland and The Miami Valley School.

Throughout his career, Brereton has held various roles in esteemed organizations. His experience includes being the Founder & COO at LaunchNotes, Head of Marketing for Jira Software, Jira Premium, and Jira Mobile at Atlassian, Principal Product Marketing Manager for Jira Software, Senior Product Marketing Manager for Jira, and Product Marketing Manager for JIRA at Atlassian.

In addition to his tenure at Atlassian, Brereton has contributed his marketing expertise as the Director of Marketing at Shoeboxed and held roles as General Manager at Green Town Toys, Marketing Intern at ThePort Network, Branding & Network Strategy Intern at Turner Entertainment, and Sales & Marketing Intern at Kansas City Brigade.
