Jake Adler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate, economic development, and business consulting. After completing his BBA and MBA degrees from Cleveland State University, he began his career as a research analyst with CoStar Group Inc. where he honed his skills in real estate. Over time, he transitioned to the consulting side of the industry as a broker, serving as the Vice President at Performance Realty Solutions and the partner at CA Commercial Realty Partners. In 2013, he founded PropertyFuse LLC and served as its CEO, helping businesses grow, expand, and relocate.
Adler later made the transition to the public sector, working as the Economic Development Associate at Harford County Office of Economic Development and currently serving as the Community Projects Manager at Montgomery County Government. His expertise in business development and problem-solving has made him a valuable asset to the government in revitalizing struggling communities.
Adler's educational background, combined with years of work experience, allows him to help businesses develop practical and effective growth strategies. He is particularly passionate about working with people and finds satisfaction in solving intricate problems.
