Jairo González Monje is a seasoned CEO with extensive experience leading companies in various sectors, including hospitality, manufacturing, water, energy, roads, railways infrastructures, and professional engineering services. He has a strong background in rapid growth, internationalization, and turnaround environments. González Monje possesses a broad skill set that spans finance, operations, strategy, product & service innovation, sales & customer service, and information technology. He has demonstrated his ability to anticipate, evaluate, and successfully resolve urgent, high-impact business challenges in complex legal, regulatory, and economic environments.

He studied Ingénieur Civil, Génie Civil, Ingènieur at École des Ponts ParisTech and Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos, Civil Engineering, Master at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He furthered his education at IESE Business School, where he studied EMBA, Business Administration and Management, General, MBA. He then completed an Owners/President Management Program - OPM 53, Executive Education at Harvard Business School. González Monje also studied PADIB, Digital Transformation, PADIB at ISDI.

In his professional career, González Monje has held various leadership positions, including CEO Southern Europe at Hotel B&B, CEO at B&B Hotels España y Portugal, CEO at Sidorme Hoteles. He was also a former Board Member at Instituto de Energías Renovables S.L., Stereocarto, Autopista de La Mancha, C.E.S.A., INCOESA, and AFESA MEDIO AMBIENTE, S.A.

He is interested in turnaround projects focusing on the rapid restructuring of distressed Hospitality, Manufacturing, Distribution & Service related companies. González Monje is willing to make strategic equity investments and assist in the sale of a company once it has been right-sized and cash positive.
