Jaime Rubiano

Jaime Rubiano is a seasoned project manager and innovation specialist with extensive experience in customer experience improvement, digital transformation, quality system management, and entrepreneurship across diverse sectors such as finance, services, healthcare, government, and eLearning. Apart from holding a Master's degree in Innovation Management and an MBA in Business Administration, he has taught and collaborated with numerous academic institutions, such as EUDE Business School, MIT Global Alumni, IMF Business School, Universidad Latina de Panamá, EAN Bogotá, Universidad Javeriana Bogotá, and Instituto de Seguridad Minera. Rubiano has led project innovation as a co-founder and director and has developed disruptive solutions to organizational challenges. Before that, he served as a Director of Digital Channels and Customer Services, Director of Digital Channels and Product, and a Segment Manager in distinguished financial institutions. His expertise also includes control management, project management, and management consulting for government institutions and private companies.
