James Connelly

Jaime Connelly is an accomplished litigation attorney with extensive expertise in complex business litigation, particularly in securities class actions, defense of directors and officers in FDIC claims, shareholder suits, SEC Enforcement actions, and FINRA arbitrations.

Jaime has a strong background in conducting multiple internal investigations and providing counsel on white-collar crime matters. She values delivering sophisticated legal work for complex clients and emphasizes the importance of understanding clients' business alongside legal issues.

Her areas of practice include Securities Litigation, Complex Commercial Litigation, Defense of Government Investigations, Internal Corporate Investigations, and White Collar Crime.

Jaime Connelly completed her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law after obtaining a B.A. in English Language and Literature from the same university. Prior to this, she studied at Regis High School.
