- Managed the build out of daily client reporting process for a new Client Clearing business for derivative products, including implementation of internal platform connectivity to three external clearinghouses and client collateral management processes.
- Integrated new strategic, global Corporate Action notifications platform into an in-house positions & balances system to increase accuracy and reduce risks of error on over 12,000 monthly international corporate action events.
- Managed the practical application of the new Dodd Frank regulations to operational processes relating to the clearing of derivative products to ensure compliance and reduce company risk and liability.

Responsibilities included:
- Translated strategic and high level goals of the Prime Brokerage business into manageable work streams and steps to achieve while coordinating efforts across all areas of operations.
- Managed all aspects of the project lifecycle including analysis of client requirements, solution design and production of detailed project plans and status reports while coordinating with vendors and specialists to deliver results according to planned time and cost.
- Coordinated the opening of an international Equity Prime Broker platform and workflow for US broker-dealer into existing system architecture to enable the US PB business to meet client demand for greater asset protection and increased leverage.
- Managed the move of the FX settlement platform from an old unsupported server to a new efficient server, resulting in a yearly cost savings of over $500K.
- Coordinated the implementation of certain market changes including the set up of two new Securities Exchanges on DB infrastructure and coordinating NSCC SIAC file delivery times.
- Performed extensive research on SEC's 15a6 regulatory requirements on international security trade reporting, translated this into both business & functional requirements for the Prime Brokerage business and obtained project sign off from business stakeholders.
