Jaime Besa, an accomplished civil engineer, business executive, and public administrator is a Chilean native who has made a significant impact in several major business ventures. He received his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the prestigious Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and pursued his Master's degree in Engineering from the same institution. He continued his academic pursuit to pursue a Master's in Public Administration and International Development from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, followed by a degree in Business and Administration from MIT's Sloan School of Management.

Having a diversified academic background, Jaime has held several leadership roles in different organizations. He began his career as an Investment Manager at Drake Capital and worked as Associate at Deutsche Bank, Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company, and Summer Intern at the Government of Chile, Ministry of Social Planning. Jaime Besa co-founded Corporacion Crea+ and served on its Board of Directors. He also served as Principal of Southern Cross Group Latin America, CEO of Drake Holdings, and Chairman of the Board of Esmax. Additionally, Jaime was a Board Member at C.D. Santiago Wanderers S.A.D.P., and he also held several high-level positions in various international companies, including Planigrupo, Sonacol, and Volta Chile, managing large-scale projects.
