Jaime Athos

Jaime Athos is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in neurobiology, fish biology, and the plant-based food industry. Jaime holds a Ph.D. in Neurobiology and Behavior as well as a B.Sc. in Fish Biology, both from the University of Washington. With a strong academic foundation, Jaime has excelled in various roles, including serving as the President & CEO of Tofurky, a well-known plant-based food company. Prior to this position, Jaime was a Founding Board Member and Secretary of the Board at the Plant Based Foods Association. Additionally, Jaime's leadership experience includes being the CEO of Camp Athos and contributing as a Visiting Scientist at NOAA Northwest Fisheries Science Center. With a solid research background, Jaime also worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Washington Department of Pharmacology.
