He possesses a diverse skill set with a focus on Broadcast/TV, Digital & Social Media, Film, Radio, Live events, and Experiential Large format entertainment properties.

His expertise lies in building and managing the Content and Revenue aspects of media businesses across various platforms, with a solid track record of handling PnL responsibilities.

Jaideep excels in strategically developing scalable and sustainable Media Brands/IP's and Businesses, both in India and on a global scale, including the UK, US, Europe, Singapore, and the Middle East.

He holds an Advanced Management Programme in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, along with diplomas in Advanced Data Processing & System Analysis, Tank Warfare, and Manpower Management from Pune University, and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of Jammu.
