Jaideep Dhanoa is a seasoned professional with a rich background in disruptive mobility and digital business. As the Co-Founder and CEO of FENIX, a prominent EV fintech platform in the Greater Middle East, he has led the company's expansion into managing Light Electric Vehicles and rides across 5 countries. FENIX has further diversified into ecommerce enablement, supporting numerous partners in the United Arab Emirates with a comprehensive payments, deliveries, and lending platform.

Jaideep's career journey includes senior leadership roles at renowned companies like Grab, Careem, and Circ, where he honed his expertise in the mobility sector. Prior to his ventures in mobility, he gained valuable experience at McKinsey & Company, The Walt Disney Company, and The Indian Premier League, demonstrating a versatile skill set and a strong business acumen.

His educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia University and an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD.
