Jaideep Dhanoa

Jaideep Dhanoa is the Co-Founder and CEO of FENIX, a leading EV fintech platform in the Greater Middle East.1 He has been in this role since July 2020, focusing on unleashing urban potential and propelling communities forward.1 FENIX operates in five countries: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Qatar, and Bahrain, managing thousands of Light Electric Vehicles and millions of rides.1

Dhanoa has extensive experience in disruptive mobility in emerging markets. Prior to FENIX, he held senior leadership positions at:

2. Grab: Global Head of Micromobility (GrabWheels) and Grab Ventures (2017 - 2019)1
3. Careem: Head of growth, corporate strategy, and competitive intelligence1

Before entering the mobility industry, Dhanoa worked as a TMT / PE consultant at McKinsey & Company (2013 - 2016) and held positions at The Walt Disney Company and Global Cricket Ventures.1
