J'ai Brown

J'ai Brown is a highly skilled and experienced human resources professional with over a decade of expertise. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Human Resource Management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she graduated cum laude. She later pursued her MBA with an emphasis on HR from the same institution. Additionally, she studied for a certificate in Human Resource Management at Aquinas College.

Throughout her career, J'ai has worked with numerous organizations in a variety of roles. She's served as an HR Business Partner at BMO Wealth Management - U.S., U.S. Diversity Recruitment and Strategic Alliance Partner at BMO Harris Bank, A part of BMO Financial Group, and HR Senior Consultant - Leadership Talent Acquisition at Allstate Insurance Company. Her most recent position is as a Human Resources Director at HUB International.
