Jagdish Kini is a successful executive coach, leadership mentor, career consultant, and speaker, with over a decade of experience advising companies and coaching leaders. He has hands-on experience in manufacturing, finance, marketing, and sales, having led major companies like Airtel, L'Oreal, and Gillette as their CEO. He is certified by PCC, has been mentored and trained by renowned coaches like Marshall Goldsmith and Leon Vanderpol, and has trained over 800 people across different countries. Kini is passionate about building a leadership bench and has mentored over 40 future leaders.

Kini has a diverse educational background, having studied Chemistry and Physics at Bombay University, MBA at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, and General Management at CEDEP-INSEAD Fontainbleau. He also has a wide range of interests outside of work, including golf, photography, travel, and dramatics.
