Jaeyeon Hwang is a goal-oriented and detail-oriented individual who is a senior Psychology student at Wheaton College. With strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean, as well as basic knowledge of Mandarin, Jaeyeon is a highly motivated quick learner who can adapt to different environments. Her expertise lies in recognizing and cultivating potential even in small things, and she is driven to increase efficiency.

Jaeyeon has worked in various organizations such as the Office of Multicultural Development Programming Team, where she was a former 1-2-1 Program Mentor and a Publicity Manager at Koinonia. She has also worked as a Barista at Seobinggo Onnuri Church Cafe and Bon Appétit Management Company. Additionally, she was a Sales Assistant Intern at Cartier and an English and Chinese Translator at Amway.

As a Yonsei International Summer School Student at Yonsei University, Jaeyeon honed her skills and gained valuable experience. She is passionate about collaborating with others to carry out tasks with a positive mindset and attention to detail. In her current role as a Research Assistant to Dr. Sandra Rueger at Wheaton College, she continues to develop her skills and is always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow.
