Jaewoo Chung is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in UX design, research, and strategy.
Having studied at prestigious institutions such as Massachusetts Institute of Technology, New Jersey Institute of Technology, New York University, and Seoul National University, Jaewoo holds doctorates in Philosophy and Computer Science, along with master's degrees in various fields.
Jaewoo currently holds the position of Head of UX Design & Research, Immersive Computing and Customer Experience Portfolio & Strategy at HP, overseeing a crucial aspect of the company's operations.
Prior to HP, Jaewoo held key roles at Samsung Research America, Consumer Experience Lab, including UX Project Lead, UX Design Director, and Director of UX Design & Strategy, where he played a pivotal role in shaping user experiences and product development.
Jaewoo's professional journey also includes roles as a product development consultant, visiting researcher at Harvard University's Langer Lab in Psychology, conference general chair, and various research positions at MIT Media Lab, NJIT Audio-Browser Lab, and as an entrepreneur and music director at KBS.
