Jae Kim

Jae Kim is the Founder of Chi'Lantro, a renowned Korean BBQ-inspired restaurant, food truck, and catering company.

Originally from Seoul, Korea, Kim immigrated to the United States at the age of 12 and was raised in California. Despite facing challenges as an immigrant raised by a single mother, Kim pursued his entrepreneurial dream and established Chi'Lantro.

By leveraging his resources, including maxing out credit cards and using all his savings, Kim transformed Chi'Lantro into a thriving multi-location business.

Besides being the driving force behind Chi'Lantro, Kim is an active member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization and enjoys a variety of hobbies like basketball, water skiing, snowboarding, watching action movies, exploring street food, reading business books, visiting restaurants, and traveling.

Kim's academic background includes studying Business and Marketing at Cal State Fullerton.

Currently, Jae Kim holds the title of Owner and Founder at Chi'Lantro LLC.
