She studied Kinesiology at McMaster University, which helped her develop an analytical mind and strategic thinking. Throughout her career, Jade has held various roles such as Talent Acquisition Specialist at Quantum Mob and People Specialist at Rangle.io. She's also worked at the Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto as a Residential Sales Concierge and Sales Director Assistant.
