Jade Chan

Jade Chan studied Sociology and Human Resources Management at the University of Waterloo. She has extensive experience in talent acquisition and workforce initiatives in the banking, insurance, and tech industries. Currently, Jade is a Senior Manager for Workforce Initiatives at RBC, where she oversees programs aimed at developing and retaining a diverse talent pool. Jade has also held senior recruiting roles at RBC and Manulife, and she worked at FDM Group as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Canadian Recruitment Team Lead. Her prior experience includes work for Allegis Global Solutions, where she served as a Recruitment Coordinator for American Express, and CIBC, where she worked as a Pre-Employment Operations Analyst.
