I earned a Master of Science in Health Communication from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA, and have devoted much of my career to preventative lifestyle approaches to good health.

I also hold a Master of Science degree in Functional Nutrition, and I am a board-Certified Nutrition Specialist®—the most advanced science-based nutrition therapy certification for personalized nutrition practitioners.

In addition to my nutrition and nursing training, I have earned designations as a Whole Health Educator™, Certified Health Coach, and Functional Nutritionist & Lifestyle Practitioner.

Together, we’ll use strategies and tools to uncover exactly what happens inside your body when you eat a certain diet or a specific type of food. We’ll investigate where your signs, symptoms or diagnosis manifested. And we’ll connect the dots between your current lifestyle behaviors and your condition.
