Jacques Zaneveld
Founder and CEO at Lazarus 3D
Jacques Zaneveld is a prominent figure in the field of advanced manufacturing and biotechnology. He currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for Advanced Manufacturing at Houston Community College, a position he has held since November 2019. In this role, he contributes to curriculum development, fosters connections between the college and the Texas Medical Center, and helps identify job and apprenticeship opportunities for students in advanced manufacturing.1
Zaneveld is also the Founder and CEO of Lazarus 3D, a company he established in October 2015. Lazarus 3D focuses on innovative solutions in the field of 3D printing and bioprinting, particularly for medical applications. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as the president of the company from December 2013 to October 2015.1
He earned his Ph.D. in Molecular and Human Genetics from Baylor College of Medicine between 2010 and 2015, where he was involved in significant research projects, including publications on gene therapy and genetic disorders.1 Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Honors Biology, with a minor in Biochemistry, from the University of Oregon.1
