Jacquelyn Jordon Core is the Founding Partner at Jordon Voytek, where she specializes in mergers and acquisitions, focusing on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as unique deal structures for middle-market businesses. Her extensive experience includes acting as fractional in-house counsel, where she drafts and reviews contracts, advises on labor and employment matters, and assists clients with various transactional issues.1 2 3

Core has a robust legal background, having served in multiple roles that include CEO and General Counsel at the Uniontown Area YMCA, and Senior Deputy General Counsel for Health Sciences at West Virginia University. Her litigation experience enhances her ability to navigate contract disputes and risk assessments effectively.1 2

Academically, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, a Juris Doctorate, and a Ph.D. in Human/Economic Geography, all from West Virginia University. She is admitted to practice before several courts, including the United States Supreme Court.1 2

In addition to her legal practice, Jacquelyn is active in her community, serving on various boards and committees, and has a passion for outdoor activities such as fly-fishing and hiking. She is also a mother to two sons who are accomplished athletes.1 2
