Jacqueline Sue

Jacqueline Sue, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) based in Toronto, is passionate about service leadership, student empowerment, and entrepreneurship, with a particular interest in technology companies and start-ups.

Her diverse background includes involvement in pro bono strategic engagements with various companies, managing finances for Canada's largest hackathon, and contributing to the establishment of her university's venture fund. She has practical experience in working with technology companies during her time at Deloitte.

Currently, Jacqueline is part of the Technology, Media, Telecommunications (TMT) practice at Deloitte Canada, where she collaborates closely with clients to design solutions for corporate structure, compliance, and strategy. She is also an Executive at the Deloitte Amplify Toronto chapter, focusing on creating business development opportunities for young professionals through sponsoring tech events and facilitating client relationships.

Her educational journey includes a Master of Accounting degree and a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management with a minor in Human Resources Management, both achieved with a remarkable 4.0 GPA from the University of Waterloo. She also pursued the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) designation.

Throughout her academic and professional career, Jacqueline has held various roles such as Graduate Teaching Assistant, Senior Finance Director, Tax Analyst, Senior Associate at the university's Student Venture Fund, Special Projects Assistant, Research Assistant, Peer Leader, and Staff Accountant.
