Jacqueline Huang is a seasoned talent and recruiting professional with a background in people operations and HR at growth-stage startups. Her passion lies in helping individuals and teams achieve success.

With a diverse educational background, Jacqueline holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology, Cinema, and Cultural Studies, as well as a High School Diploma in Social Science Research.

Her professional experience includes roles such as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Patreon, Technical Recruiter at Clear Talent (later acquired by Patreon), Recruiting Coordinator at Virta Health, and People Operations & Talent at Citizen. Prior to these roles, she held positions at RAS Boriskin, LLC in various capacities and also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, Switchboard Operator, and Marketing and Programming Intern at Stony Brook University.

In her spare time, Jacqueline enjoys exploring new cuisines, reading romance novels, memoirs, and murder mysteries, indulging in memes about cats and dogs, collaborating on game and project ideas with her husband, and engaging in meticulous list-making.

Currently residing in NYC, Jacqueline is on a mission to discover the perfect kebab spot, eagerly welcoming suggestions from fellow food enthusiasts.
