Jacqueline Dinsmore

Jacqueline Dinsmore is an experienced Co-Owner with a diversified background in the legal services industry. With a strong skillset in practical problem solving, legal consulting, and people management, Jacqueline has demonstrated her value in many organizations. She started her academic journey at Queen's University, where she earned a Bachelors of Art in Psychology. She further continued her education and earned a degree in Law from Western University.

Jacqueline has had experienced working as an Associate in Securities and Corporate at Blake, Cassels, and Graydon LLP, where she gained invaluable knowledge of corporate and securities law. She has also worked as an Assistant General Counsel & Associate Corporate Secretary, Senior Legal Counsel, Legal Counsel at Torstar Corporation, where she was responsible for handling all legal matters for a media company.

Jacqueline co-founded and served as Chief Development Officer at Cognition LLP, where she facilitated its growth from a small business to a multi-million dollar corporation. Later, she co-founded and served as a Co-Owner and Founder of FlapJackKids/Ivy & Alex Project, where she was involved in the manufacture and distribution of children's apparel.

Currently, Jacqueline serves as Co-Owner at Caravel Law alongside her responsibilities as Senior Practice Manager at Axiom where she supports business development and manages ongoing client projects.
