Jacqueline (Burciaga) Terry is an accomplished Support Operations Director, well-versed in process management, call centers, and operational planning within the consumer electronics industry. With a proven track record of successful global expansion, Ms. Terry is responsible for launching products in 20 countries worldwide. She is an expert in customer operations and has a passion for delivering world-class experiences for consumers.
