Jacob Shama

Jacob Shama is a seasoned leader, entrepreneur, author, and writer with an impressive 20 years of executive experience in the fields of AI and cybersecurity.

He currently serves as the General Manager for Planning AI at Anaplan, where he focuses on fostering growth through innovative and advanced planning solutions.

Previously, Jacob was the CEO and Co-founder of Mintigo, a prominent AI platform specializing in Marketing and Sales, which was later acquired by Anaplan.

Jacob is also recognized as the author of the well-received book titled 'Intelligent Customer Engagement powered by AI'.

Prior to his role at Anaplan, he held the position of GM at the notable Cybersecurity Center within the Israeli Defense Forces' Unit 8200.

Jacob holds a D.Sc. (Doctor of Sciences) degree in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University, and both his M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering, earned with honors, from Tel Aviv University.
