Jacob Seltzer

Jacob Seltzer is a versatile professional with a background in film studies, politics, international studies, and production. He graduated with high honors from Wesleyan University, where he majored in College of Social Studies and minored in Film Studies. While in school, he participated in a study-abroad program in Bodh Gaya, Bihar, India, at Carleton-Antioch Buddhist Studies in India and an International/Global Studies program at Kivunim: New Directions at Oxford University.

Jacob has worked in various industries, including talent and literary management, film production, politics, and digital marketing. He has held roles such as Talent and Literary Assistant at Authentic Talent and Literary Management, Reader at 2929 Productions, Development Intern at The Weinstein Company, Associate Product Manager at Centric Digital, Foreign Policy Intern at The Office of Senator Kirsten E. Gillibrand, Intern at Gilt Groupe, and Production Assistant at Working Pictures.

Currently, Jacob works as a Writer-Director at Freelance, where he showcases his creativity and writing skills. In his previous role as Founder/President at Jacob Seltzer Productions, he demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit while producing various short films.
