Jacob Rohan Joseph

Jacob Rohan Joseph is an innovative professional with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and extensive experience in various areas including customer success management, channel partnership, growth, and strategy. He holds a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum and completed his ISC at Mar Thoma Residential School, Tiruvalla. Throughout his career, Jacob has held key roles at different organizations, starting from being a Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra to serving as the Former VP - Key Accounts in both the Banking and Telecom sectors at MobME Wireless Solutions Limited. He has also worked as a Founder at Yowzapp and in different positions at Yalo, such as Growth (Africa), Senior Account Executive, Product Specialist, and Customer Success Manager. Additionally, Jacob has freelanced as a Storytelling Consultant at WowMakers Digital Media Studio.
